What a great way to spend a Monday!

A morning familiarising ourselves on this fantastic Ponant yacht. This is truly a unique concept and gives the feel of a very personal cruise experience. Spacious areas, excellent food and service.

A call to Bequia, one of the many islands in the Grenadines, totally unspoilt with stunning scenery and beaches. We spent the afternoon at Lower Bay Beach after taking the Princess Margaret Trail.

Next stop Mayreau, one of the smallest islands in the Grenadines.

Day 2 in the Caribbean with Ponant Cruises!

We anchored out in the beautiful island of Mayreau, the smallest island in the Grenadines.

Ponant Cruises made this day so special by hosting a beach BBQ, the staff worked so hard to provide drinks all day, food, beach towels so everyone could have a relaxing day with everything on hand.

A little bit of rain didn’t spoil the day but it did leave the most stunning sunset over the islands!

Imagine drinking champagne with the captain on an elevated platform at the back of a yacht watching the sunset! One of the little extras that Ponant Cruises add to the ‘Pearls of the Caribbean’ itinerary in Tobago Cays!

Day 3 & 4 Tobago Cays & St Vincent

A short sail from Mayreau we arrived at the stunning Tobago Cays, five little uninhabited islands in the Grenadines.

Crystal clear waters, great for snorkelling and just relaxing on the uncommercialised beaches! We reached the beaches by Zodiac & Ponant provided refreshments for us throughout the day

The next morning we docked in Kingston, St Vincent, after an eventful experience on the local bus we headed to Villa Beach to take in the beautiful views of Young Island, a tasty lunch of Jerk Chicken Roti was a real highlight!

Ponant Cruises visit some of the smallest ports and are able to anchor out and tender into areas larger cruise ships are unable to.
Blue Eye Lounge onboard Ponant Le Bellot, an underwater lounge that seats 40 guests, with two glass windows in the shape of whales eyes to view the depths of the ocean!

We were lucky enough to see a turtle swim by last night whilst listening to the live sounds of Latin music!

Day 4-6 St Lucia, Guadeloupe, Dominica

Early morning arrival into Pigeon Island, St Lucia, this is the home of Sandals Grande St Lucian and is linked to the mainland by causeway.

A fun day at Rainforest Rides ziplining through the rainforest, one of the excursions booked through Ponant.

The following day we anchored in Le Saintes Bay Guadeloupe, visiting a small French Caribbean Town on the island of Terra De Haut, this island has a very laid back atmosphere and homes one of the most beautiful bays in the world.

Next & last stop Portsmouth, Dominica, a mountainous island with hot springs and rainforests, we took an excursion along the Indian River by rowing boat to see where ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ was filmed. A half way stop at the bush bar was great fun experiencing the local rum

One final fact on Ponant Cruises, Champagne is included throughout the cruise!

We had the most amazing time and would highly recommend Ponant for a small ship experience
