Meet Gordon

Gordon has been in the travel business since 1971 and as a result has travelled extensively both on business and pleasure over the years. During his career he has been a Regional Manager looking after some 30 shops and worked for a specialist Far East tour operator which involved regular visits to Malaysia. Gordon has arranged numerous overseas weddings during the career including his own daughter’s wedding on The World Yacht on The Hudson River in New York.  Gordon has either been or has booked clients to most parts of the world so has years of knowledge and experience of all the World’s continents to assist and guide his clients in making the right choice of holiday.

Meet Jackie

Jackie lives in Lutterworth and is an active member of the local community including being involved in Lutterworth Rugby Club.  Having joined Holiday Lounge in July 2017 she has a wealth of experience having been in travel for over 30 years during which time she has visited many Worldwide destinations including Malaysia, Canada, Caribbean Islands, and also lived in America for 5 years.
 
Jackie is our South Africa specialist as she was born and raised there and during her time there she travelled extensively taking in the National Parks and Game Reserves where she saw the ‘Big 5’ many times, as well as enjoying South Africa’s beautiful coastline and vibrant cities.

Meet Lisa

Lisa joined travel in 2015 with Thomas Cook, after years of working in hospitality and customer service roles while her children were young.
Lisa has visited many European All-inclusive resort family holidays including Mainland Spain, Ibiza, Canaries, Balearics, Greece and has been on 2 mini cruises with friends where she got a little taste of how cruising life is.
Lisa also enjoys skiing and winter holidays including Aviemore, Bulgaria and a bucket list trip to Lapland to see the northern lights.
More recently Lisa has enjoyed trips a little further afield including a couple of trips to Dubai to see family and Vietnam with a Wendy Wu escorted tour.
Lisa loves travelling and looks forward to experiencing more of the world and assisting our customers to.

Meet Olivia

Olivia joined Holiday Lounge in July 2023 and completed her apprenticeship qualification a year later. She has always had a passion for travel and is absolutely loving her time at Holiday Lounge.

Since being with Holiday Lounge, Olivia has been fortunate enough to experience a variety of destinations including Mexico, Turkey, Tenerife, Cyprus, and she even sailed on Norwegian Cruise Lines ‘Norwegian Aqua’, where she got to visit the beautiful Bruges.

She has also travelled to several European countries with her family such as Portugal, Skiathos, Skopelos, and the Balearics. Olivia has a love of city breaks and is currently making her way around Europe, trying to tick off as many cities as she can! One of her favourite destinations that she has visited several times would be Seville – it really is the loveliest city. She also enjoys visiting Ibiza with her friends - it is such a diverse island that has so much to offer.

Since completing an A-level in Spanish, Olivia wants to carry on learning the language and has a huge interest in learning other languages in the future.

Olivia would love to travel the world, with Southeast Asia and a Safari trip being at the top of her list.

Meet Lucy

Lucy recently joined Holiday Lounge in July 2025 as an apprentice after completed a Level 3 Travel & Tourism course at High School then took her knowledge further to study an extended Travel & Tourism Diploma course with cabin crew as a second study.
Lucy has always had the desire to travel after visiting Thailand recently. Lucy has also travelled to many European countries including Spain, Cyprus, Italy, France, Greece & Turkey plus many Ski destinations.
Lucy has a strong desire to assist customers with their travel plans creating the holiday of a lifetime.
