Meet Zoe

Zoe has been working  in the travel industry since 1987 and previously worked at Holiday Lounge in Lutterworth before joining the team in Birstall when it opened.  She has travelled extensively throughout Europe, America, Canada, Caribbean, Thailand and the Indian Ocean. Nothing pleases Zoe more than finding the perfect trip for customers.
 
Zoe enjoys travelling with her family and takes various types of holidays from skiing, water based activity breaks and not to mention cruising as well.
 
Most recently Zoe thoroughly enjoyed a river cruise visiting the Dutch waterways and Bulbfields.

Meet Kim

Kim has only ever worked in travel and her career started with Tomorrows World Travel in 1987 and then worked in their Birstall shop where she became the Branch Manager. So working in Holiday Lounge’s newest shop in Birstall is like coming home for her!

She has travelled extensively including holidays in Australia and Thailand and looks forward to arranging travel requirements for clients old and new.

Meet Victoria

Victoria is currently our Modern Apprentice and is working towards her qualification. She is passionate about travelling and languages. She is teaching herself French and Italian, which has enabled her to travel to visit friends in both France and Italy.

She likes visiting places which are off the normal tourist trail. This way she gets to see the reality of a country’s culture and people.

Victoria has travelled to many European destinations including Turkey, Croatia, The Netherlands and Portugal. Her grandparents lived in Nerja on the Costa Del Sol so she visited there frequently in the summer and knows the area extremely well.

Victoria has been on Cunard’s Queen Victoria and Celebrity’s Silhouette as a child and as a result hopes to visit and experience more ships.

In the future, she is hoping to travel further afield to destinations like Japan, Thailand and New Zealand to take in their natural beauty and rich cultures. Plus, skiing is also one holiday she has yet to do and desperately wants to get a taste of.

Meet Georgia

Georgia joined Holiday Lounge in August 2023 and is working towards completing her Modern Apprentice. She is very excited about being part of the Holiday Lounge and is passionate in creating the perfect trip for clients.

Georgia has recently just returned from Rhodes, which she describes as beautiful and full of culture, she wants to explore more parts of Greece in the future. She loves her family holidays too with return visits to Tenerife. Georgia loves to travel and have holidays booked to gain firsthand experience, she is travelling to different destinations this year such as, Alicante in July, Mexico in September and Australia at the end of the year to see her family for Christmas and the New Year which she can’t wait for.

Georgia enjoys her role in the Birstall office and is looking forward to all the experience and knowledge of the world from joining the Holiday Lounge Team
