Meet Paul

Having started his career in travel in 1987 working for a small independent travel agency in Hinckley which he went on to manage on behalf of the owner, he then went on to work for both Thomas Cook and Tomorrows World Travel where he became Sales Manager for the Group. After having a year out working for a Hotel in the resort of Paphos in Cyprus, Paul opened Holiday Lounge in 2004 has overseen the continued growth of the Company to become one of the  most respected independent travel agents in the Midlands.

As well as being a prominent member of Hinckley’s business community, since becoming a father for the first time he has been committed in raising money through Charity evenings for children’s charities including the Leicester Royal Infirmary Neo Natal Unit.

Meet Zoe

Zoe started her career in the Travel Industry in 1995 at Tomorrows World Travel after studying Travel & Tourism at college. Zoe then joined Holiday Lounge in 2004 when the Hinckley branch opened working her way up to Branch Manager.
After leaving travel in 2016 for 3 years to have her daughter she then set up her own business working as a Personal Travel Agent before re-joining Holiday Lounge in December 2021 as Director of Operations.
Zoe has enjoyed visiting many destinations including Maldives, Kenya, Oman and has sailed with many different Cruise Lines.

Meet Leanne

Leanne joined Holiday Lounge in December 2018 after having completed a course in Aviation and gaining a Diploma in Travel & Tourism at college, Leanne had previously worked for Swissport at East Midlands Airport as a passenger service agent and as a travel consultant at Thomas Cook. Amongst the many countries that she has visited, Thailand is her favourite destination having travelled extensively throughout the country visiting Bangkok, Koh Phangan, Koh Samui and staying in a floating bungalow in the Koh Sok National Park. Other memorable holidays include beach holidays in Mexico and Dubai as well as enjoying city breaks to Barcelona & Rome.

Meet Jessica

Jess joined Holiday Lounge in 2014 as a modern apprentice and completed her NVQ Level 3 in Travel and Tourism a year later. Before joining Holiday Lounge, Jess worked abroad for 6 Months in Majorca for TUI, which gave her a great insight into a career in Travel. Jess has travelled to the Maldives, the USA, Caribbean and many European destinations, with her favourite destinations being New York, Mauritius and Venice. She has also cruised with Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Regent Seven Seas.  Jess went on Maternity leave in 2017 and returned a year later on a part time basis and now enjoys family holidays in Cyprus where she visits every year.

Meet Charlotte

Charlotte started her career in 1999 with Thomas Cook and worked her way up the career ladder over 21 years to become one of their Store Managers. She joined the Holiday Lounge Team in October 2021.
Charlotte has first hand knowledge and experience of many cruise lines including Maldives, Caribbean, Mexico and is very passionate about the Greek Islands.

Meet Eva

Eva joined Holiday Lounge as a Modern Apprentice and completed her Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification 18 months later.

She has enjoyed many family holidays over the years and has recently started to explore new destinations with friends. She has visited many European destinations including Nice, Mykonos, Lanzarote and Kos. Her most memorable holiday was to Paris which she visited last year and it is one of her favourites.

Meet Freya

Freya joined Holiday Lounge in June 2023 after gaining a diploma in Travel and Tourism at College. Freya joined Holiday Lounge and started the administration role but is now focusing on sales and becoming a Travel Consultant.
Freya has always had a passion for travel and has enjoyed many holidays over the years.
Freya has travelled to the Caribbean, USA, and many European destinations, with her favorite destinations being Mexico and Dominican Republic. Freya also enjoys city breaks her favorite ones are Barcelona and Milan.
