This is one of the largest Maldivian islands, it has perfect white beaches where you can walk all the way round.

The island is divided into north and south, the north being the adult’s only end and has a fantastic bar where you can watch the sunset, the south is busier and accommodates families.

The restaurant in the south does sometimes require sharing tables with other guests and is not positioned on the seafront.

It is possible to request to be in the north of the island but it cannot be guaranteed and depends on the type of accommodation you have booked.

The island consists of beach villas, Jacuzzi beach villas (not all the beach villas are on the beach some are behind trees but steps away from the beach), water villas and Jacuzzi water villas. I would recommend the water villas as they are situated on the waters edge and have steps down to the beach and they now all have Jacuzzis.

Food is exceptional in the buffet sand floor restaurant and for an extra treat try the Asian Wok out on stilts where you can watch reef sharks and stingray swimming around underneath. There is also an over water spa!

Marine life is fantastic and you can snorkel off the beach.

The island is reached by speed boat as it is close to Male.
