Holiday Lounge is a member of the Co-op Consortium which is part of The Midcounties Co-operative Ltd and we are retail agents acting on behalf of The Midcounties Co-operative in connection with the sale of travel products and unless specified as being the operator, Holiday Lounge is an agent of the operator concerned. All bookings accepted by us and arrangements made, are subject to the operators own terms and conditions which can be found within the appropriate holiday brochure. A copy of these terms and conditions can be supplied by us on request.

The information on this Web site is as accurate as possible. We cannot, however, accept any liability for losses or damages that you may suffer arising out of your use of this Web site.

Our Web site also includes links to a number of external Web sites either to view and book travel ancillaries and hotels or as a source of useful travel information. As we are not responsible for the content of these Web sites and we accept no liability for losses or damage caused by using this information.

We would point out that it is the individual travellers responsibility to ensure that their travel documentation is in order when travelling abroad and to ensure that the passport remains valid for a minimum period after the date of entry to that country (usually six months). If your passport is in its final year of validity, you are advised to check the requirements of the destination with one of our staff before making your travel arrangements.

It is also the travellers responsibility to be in possession of a valid Visa (if required) as the carrier may refuse travel if you are not in possession of a valid visa or entry permit and we are not obliged to assist you in the event of a refusal. Holiday Lounge cannot be held responsible for any passenger who does not obtain the correct documentation and no refund will be due should a visa be refused.

If you or any member of your party have any disabilities, it is extremely important that we make the necessary arrangements to make your holiday go smoothly. We must thereforefore insist that you contact our offices at Holiday Lounge before completing any reservation to ensure compatibility for the holiday that you choose.

All of the air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and as Holiday Lounge act as agents for licensed tour operators, the relevant ATOL number is displayed on the booking confirmation that we send to you.

All holidays and flights are fully bonded and protected by either the ATOL or ABTA financial protection schemes unless otherwise stated and further details of these schemes can be found at www.abta.com or www.caa.co.uk
